Who holds them. Filming days is run by James Hustler, based in Christchurch, New Zealand. He is responsible for your details wherever the session takes place.
What we collect and why. For locations: the business name, address, a contact name, email and phone, and the fee. For participants: your name, mobile, email, whether you can work where the session is, a line about you, the days you can do, and a photo so we know who is who on the day. All of it is used only to arrange and run filming sessions and to pay people and locations.
Where it's stored. On Cloudflare's systems, which may be in a different country from you, and on our own computer. Access is limited to the people running the sessions.
Who sees it. Nobody else. Your contact details are not shared with the technology company the research is for, and are never sold or used for marketing. What is shared with that company is the filmed material, under the release you sign on the day.
How long. For as long as the filming programme runs in your city, then deleted. Signed releases are kept with the footage records because they are the permission for it.
Your rights. You can ask to see what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have your details deleted, at any time. Email james@jameshustler.com.
We follow the privacy law that applies where you are. In New Zealand that is the Privacy Act 2020.
